Rules and Regulations:

1. Event is open to groups of 4+ (family, farm, youth group, classroom, etc.)
   
2. Age categories: a) 15 years and under b) over 15 years
   
3. The Agriculture Association will provide the bales, but participants must register by September 9, 2023, to reserve bales as numbers are limited. Register by emailing your group name, phone number, and age category to agassizfallfair@gmail.com
   
4. Registration fee of $5 is due September 14, 2023, at the Agricultural Hall.
   
5. Bales will be decorated Friday, September 22, 2023, from 1-4pm at the fairgrounds; judging to take place at 4pm.
   
6. Decorations must be waterproof and wind proof and will not destroy the bale for future use. Decorations should be clean and wholesome and promote agriculture.
7. A sign with group name and logo is allowed and encouraged after judging has taken place.
